Regular price (Regular charge)<\/h5>\n

For cancellations at least 21 days before your arrival, there is no charge. For cancellations or changes later, you will be charged 30% of the total amount of the reservation. Upon your arrival at our hotel secretariat, you have the option to choose the payment method (card, cash, paypal, etc.) to then make the final payment. In case of your departure earlier than the agreed date, without timely warning and agreement of the hotel, you will be charged 100% of the reservation amount. You will also be charged 100% of the reservation amount in case of no show.<\/p>\n

Special offer (Non-refundable charge)<\/h5>\n

For non-refundable charges, your card will be charged the full amount of the reservation on the day of the reservation and confirmation of the reservation and this amount is not refundable! In case of change, cancellation, no-show, you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/h5>\n

In case of cancellation the customer will be charged:<\/p>\n

  • 0% of the total value if the cancellation is made at least 21 days before the arrival date.<\/li>\n
  • 30% of the total value of the reservation if the reservation is canceled less than 21 to 7 days from the expected date of arrival.<\/li>\n
  • 100% de l’acompte si l’annulation est faite \u00e0 moins de 7 jours.<\/li>\n
  • 100% of the total value of the reservation if the customer does not appear (non show).<\/li>\n
  • 100% of the total value of the reservation if there is an early departure, without prior warning and agreement of the hotel.<\/li>\n
  • 100% of the total value if the booking-charge is “non-refundable”<\/li>\n
  • 100% of the deposit if the cancellation is made in less than 7 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
